Smile detection is one of the new features on most digital cameras that can add a lot to your albums. The technology can be simply applied so that the camera only takes a shot when all of your subjects have put on their best face. This one touch can help a lot with ensuring that there aren’t any throwaway pictures where someone is still grim-faced in a portrait or group shot.
